At the request of trie contractor building the retaining wall on said site, I've reviewed the plan for said
wall being built under permit no. CEX>?75 2.- |t i* my opinion that the loading on said wall is equal to or
less than a J; I slope loading as defined in the Gty of Carlsbad's standard wall design, With regard
to the surface drains draining the backside of the wad, grates connected to 5" pve draining to the wall
drainage at the footing of said wall will be adequate, ^aid wati drainage will at a minimum discharge
from the wall every 8' horizontally.
