Provide a plot plan showing the distance from the building to the property lines and the location of tenant space (or remodel) within the building. Provide a fully dimensioned floor plan showing the size and use of all rooms or areas within the space being improved or altered. Draw the plans to scale and indicate the scale on the plan.
