It just came into plan check on the 18th and usual turnaround is at least two weeks. I doubt EsGil will have problems w/a retaining wall, however Planning and Engineering review has not been completed as yet. They usually take longer than EsGil. The City does not perform "courtesy" inspections - inspections on work w/o permits and approved plans. It would be a little late to correct anything if they'd already poured foundations.... we recognize everyone's always in a hurry. They may have this one project to embark upon...we have three or four hundred a month to route and inspect. So we handle them first come-first serve to be fair to everyone. .
