to start of construction. Customer assumes responsibility for existing SIDA condition.
If SIDA conductors cannot be reconnected for any reason, customer has been advised
they wilt not be reconnected urttil they can trench and replace the SIDA conductors
with conduit from the panel to the source. Call Andrew at 760-476-5614 to schedule a
moming disconnect with an afternoon reconnect provided that the City releases
inspection to SDG&E by 2:00 PM on the same day the crew is scheduled. To avoid
delays with reconnection, your pennit should read (Customer Outage Involved).

• After excavation of trench, instsiation of conduit and seivice entrance equ^ent at meter location, CALL
FOR INSPECTION. Do not cover conduit without inspector's writlen awroval to bacldill.
• When trench is bacMlled and compacted, CALL FOR INSPECTION.
• If service entrance equipment is Instaled after baddi, CAU FOR INSPECTION OF THE EQUIPMENT.
3. Meter cannot tw set unti inspector has approved instalalion, including senice equipment, and receipt of
dty/county/state inspection dearance.
