Samples were initially obtained on May 4, 1977 and the results of tests indicated that the moisture contents in the subgrade soils in the northwesterly portion of the proposed building area were less than required prior to pouring concrete footings and slabs. A second group of moisture samples was obtained on May 1 1, 1977 after additional water had been added to the soils.
