It was anticipated, at that ti.me, that Kading Constructfon Company would be the contractor on the five (5) lots listed above and these permits were taken under the Kading Construction Company's name. However, subsequently, during November and December, 1977 Kading Construction Company began experiencing serious financial difficulty. Kading Construction Company did not com- plete the two homes at 2811 Cacatua and 6516 Ave. del Paraiso until February of 1978, although Seville-Tri.dent Corporation had advanced funds in excess of the contractural committment.
