Please provide the name of the manufacturer and the listing agency for the research report number for the raised floor access system shown on RF-1. Provide a copy of the listing for plan review and inspection or provide design and calculations for vertical and lateral loading per UBC Chapter 16 from the Engineer for the construction/assembly of the raised floor system. 7. Provide a note on the plans stating: "Penetrations of fire-resistive walls, floor-- ceilings and roof-ceilings shall be protected as required in UBC Sections 709 and 710." 12. Please show the location of the permanent ladder to access and service the roof top HVAC equipment. 13. Detail on the plans the condensate drain piping size and the routing of the piping to an approved plumbing fixture or other approved location. 14. Please show on the Mechanical plans a smoke detector in the main supply air duct for the supply air velocities shown. 15. Please show all proposed doors, swing and their dimensions on the floor plan. Show the required 18" strike side clearance as per disabled access requirements. 16. Clearly show the following requirements for disabled access on the floor plan and referenced details on the plans: a) Dimension the length of the ramp, the height of the ramp, and show the slope of the ramp on the floor plan. b) The allowable slope for an accessible ramp is ~1 :12 (8.33%), per Section 1133B.5.3. Revise plans to show the least possible slope is being provided for all ramps, per Section 11338.5.3.1. c) Show or note that ramp surfaces will be slip resistant. d) Ramps shall have a minimum width of 44 inches for occupant loads of more than 50, 36 inches in width for less than 50. Section 1133B.5.2.2. e) The width of the landing at the top of the ramp, with the door swing into the Telephone Room, is a minimum of 44" in length in front of the door. f) Revise plans to show required landings at the top and bottom of ramps, per Section 1133B.5.4. i) The bottom landing shall be ?:.72" in the direction of travel. ii) The top landing shall be a ?:.60" x 60". . Please show all the Special Requirements of NEC Art. 645-2 on the plans for the proposed computer rooms. Detail the construction of the 1 hr. fire rated walls as per the code section referenced. 18.
