Ceiling areas over 1,000 ft.2 must have horizontal restraint wires (typically restraint would consist of four 12 gauge wires splayed 900 to each other and sloped 450 to the horizontal, spaced 12" o.c.). Ceilings without rigid bracing must have 2" oversize trim rings for sprinklers and other ceiling penetrations. It appears the lighting system is to be altered, if so please provide complete plans. Please provide the required energy compliance forms. The LTG forms - shall be signed and imprinted on the plans. Please revise the plans to show the mandatory measures required for the alteration to the lighting system. The relocated lighting fixtures and new lighting controls must comply with lighting control requirements of Sections 119, 130, 131 and 134 of the Energy Standards. Occupancy sensors are required for the following room types: Offices 250 - square feet and smaller, multipurpose rooms less than 1,000 square feet, and classrooms and conference rooms of any size. Provide complete plumbing plans, including: - Complete drain, waste and vent plans. Provide complete water line sizing and developed pipe lengths. A primary entrance to the building and the primary path of travel to the altered area, must be shown to comply with all accessibility features. C) Existing sanitary facilities that serve the remodeled area must be shown to comply with all accessibility features. 20. Where a pair of doors is utilized, at least one of the doors shall provide a clear, unobstructed opening width of 32 inches, per Section 113313.2.3. 1. 24.
