The foUowing physical conditions of my site are such that the public health and safety would not be jeopardized by the absence of pool fencing. 1) My property is a flag lot and the pool site is over 400 feet (and not visible) from the street. 2) The pool site is bordered to the North and East by an open and inaccessible canyon, to the West by my home and to the south of my neighbor whose property is fenced. 3) My existing limited access I.E. 250' private driveway from Managua Place and the surrounding canyon already deter access. 4) Finally, my property is on almost .9 tenths of an acre , that would certainly require no fencing.
