building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 365 days from the date of such permit or if the building or work authorized by
such permit is suspended or abandonedat any timeafter the work is commenced for a period of 180 days (Section 303(d) Uniform Building Code).

1. I am requesting a 180 day no fee extension.
2. Our pool project is complete except for final inspection. The main item yet to be
inspected is permanent fencing. We have plans to build a tennis court (in the process
of being approved) and want the pool fence to tie into the tennis court fence. Hence
our delay for the moment is due to the tennis court project. Otherwise, we would need
to build a pool fence now and dismantle it later, all at a considerable expense.
3. We have temporary fencing in place and it will remain so until replaced by
permanent fencing.
