Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto)
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, James A. Laret, hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract No. 97-24 of Map
thereof No. 13784, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County May 20, 1999, is in error and is corrected as follows
in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyor's Act, or any amendment thereto.
DESCRIPTION OF CORRECTIONS
The following monuments were set as follows:
Lots 3 & 4
Set lead and disc stamped R.C.E. 29375 in top of concrete block wall on the common property line
of lots 3 & 4 at a 0.75 foot offset northerly from the southerly end of common property line shown
as N22"52'35"W ( R ) 137.80 feet due to concrete block wall.
Lots 4 & 5
Set lead and disc stamped R.C.E. 29375 in top of concrete block wall on the common property line
of lots 4 & 5 at a 0.75 foot offset westerly from the easterly end of common line shown as
NSO"02'57"W ( R ) 99.26 feet due to concrete block wall.
Lots 5 62 14
Set lead and disc stamped R.C.E. 29375 in top of concrete block wall on the common property line
of lots 5 & 14 at a 0.75 foot offset westerly from the easterly end of common property line shown
as N63O18'21"W 21.00 feet due to concrete block wall.

Set lead and disc stamped R.C.E. 29375 in top of concrete block wall on the common properly line
of lots 2 & 3 at a 0.75 foot offset northerly from the southerly end of common property line shown
as N22"53'12"E 103.14 feet due to concrete block wall.
Lots 1 & 2
Set lead and disc stamped R.C.E. 29375 in top of concrete block wall on the common property line
of lot 1 & 2 at a 0.75 foot offset northerly from the southerly end of common property line shown
as N26"46'26"E 90.29 feet due to concrete block wall.
CERTIFICATE OF ENGINEER
