(10) SET A LEAD AND DISC STAMPED 'LS7019' IN CONCRETE SIDEWALK AT THE EASTERLY TERMINUS OF THAT LINE MARKED N76°15'27"E 342.05, ON THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF EMBARCADERO LANE, IN LIEU OF A 2" IRON PIPE. (11) SET A LEAD AND DISC STAMPED 'LS7019' IN CONCRETE SIDEWALK AT THE EASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 2 IN LIEU OF A 3/4" IRON PIPE. In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or recording of the original recorded map.
