JOINT USE PARKING AGREEMENT
Palomar Melrose LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, being the owner of
the real property described as a 9 unit non-residential airspace condominium per
Certificate of Compliance Number CE 08-05 recorded with the County Recorder of San
Diego as Document Number 2008- _ recorded 'Su.vu ?> . 2008
consents and agrees with condition of approval number 13, of Planning Commission
Resolution Number 6367 adopted December 19, 2007 that
owners and assignees of each of the 9 non-residential airspace condominiums units
shall share in perpetuity all parking and access aisles/driveways onsite, and between all
the uses proposed for this project, and acknowledge that no rights of ownership are to
be affected except this limited right to use as herein above described.
This agreement shall not be modified without the prior written approval of the
Planning Director, the City Engineer and the City Attorney.
