HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation, holder(s) of
the beneficial intere~t in a deed of trust dated July 20, 1984, and
recorded July 27 , 1984, as File No. 84-285304 of Official Records in the
County of San Diego, State of California, affecting the hereinafter
described real property in said County and State, HEREBY
subordinate(s) the encumbrance, lien, or charge of said deed of trust to
the easement over said land conveyed to
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
by Instrument recorded October 8, 1984, as File No. 84-380189 and AGREE
that foreclosure or other enforcement of rights under said deed of trust
shall not affect said easement.
The easement described in this agreement affects that real property in the
County of San Diego, State of California, described as:
