A violation of the Uniform Building Code Section 106.1, Permits Required, as incorporated into the Carlsbad Municipal Code exists on the property. The owner has been notified thereof, and this notice shall remain on record until all necessary corrections have been made and the property is in compliance with the Code sections related to the violations cited.
