The real property no longer contains any dangerous buildings pursuant to the 1997 Uniform Code for Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. The owner of record has been notified thereof. A Certificate of Compliance is hereby recorded by the City of Carlsbad, replacing and lifting all Certificates of Non Compliance and Certificates of Existence of Dangerous Building previously recorded against the property. All applications for permits of any kind, including but not limited to development permits, grading permits, use permits, major and minor subdivisions, rezones, specific plans, specific plan amendments, general plan amendments, discretionary approvals and building permits may be submitted for approval.
