Code;
This Certificate of Compliance shall have no force and effect unless deeds are exchanged by
the parcel owners pursuant to Section 6641 2(d) of the Subdivision Map Act.
This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any other County, State or Federal agency that regulates development of real property.
