(Section 66499.35 of the Government Code)
The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below, has been divided or has resulted from a
division or combining of lots in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code pursuant thereto.
OWNER(S): RIF III Yarrow, LLC
DESCRIPTION: (See Exhibit "A" attached. Exhibit "B" is attached for clarity only.)
NOTE: The description in Exhibit "A" attached has been provided by the owner of the property and
neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or employees assume responsibility for the
accuracy of said description.
This Certificate of Compliance shall have no force and effect:
(a) if the above owners or any subsequent transferee or assignee acquires any contiguous property other
than a lot or lots shown on a recorded subdivision map, parcel map or record of survey map filed
pursuant to and prior to repeal (Stats. 1955, Ch. 1593) of Section 11575 of the Business and
Professions Code;
(b) unless the lot covered by this Certificate of Compliance is graded or re-graded to prevent cross lot
drainage otherwise created by the changes in property line location accomplished herewith;
(c) unless a Record of Survey is filed showing the monuments shown as "set" on Exhibit "B" attached;
(d) unless deeds are exchanged by the parcel owners pursuant to Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision
Map Act.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances
enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with
the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcel may require
issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any other County, State or Federal agency that
regulates development of real property.

San Diego County, December 31,1974, together with a portion of Lot 9 of said Map 8054, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southwesterly corner of Lot 10, of said Map 8054, said point being on the
easterly R.O.W. of Yarrow drive; thence along said R.O.W. the following three courses: North
3°30'00" West, 269.41 feet, to the beginning of a tangent curve, said curve being concave easterly,
having a radius of 1969.00 feet, a radial to said point bears South 86°30'00" West; thence northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 3°30'00", an arc length of 120.28 feet to the end of said
curve, to which point a radial bears West; thence North 130.19 feet; thence leaving said R.O.W. East
