according to Map thereof No. 1722, filed in the Office of County
Recorder of San Diego County July 28, 1921 described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 46; thence
along the Northerly line of said Lot 46 North 89°50'00" West,
14.99 feet; thence South 00010'00" West, 10.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING being a point on the arc of a non-tangent
15.01 foot radius curve, concave Southwesterly a radial line of
said curve bears North 00°10I00" East to said point; thence South-
easterly and Southerly along the arc of said curve through a
central angle of 89°57'00" a distance of 23.56 feet to the point
of tangency in the Easterly line of said Lot 47; thence along said
