the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal'C63e,
pursuant thereto.

Note: The description in Exhibit "A" attached has been provided by the owner
of the property and neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers

or any subsequent transferee or assignee acquires any contiguous property other
