State of California, excepting therefrom the following described parcel:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly extension of the Westerly Right-of-way line of
Unicornio Street, being a 570-foot radius curve concave Westerly, as shown on Map
No. 7076 on file in the Office of the San Diego County Recorder, County of San
Diego, State of California, said point also being on the Southerly line of above said
Record of Survey 91 12; thence along said Southerly line and the Northerly line of said
