Recorder, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 16; thence along the Southeasterly
line thereof; thence South 48"31'24" West 23.41 feet; thence South 75"05'18" West
17.89 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent 100.00 foot radius curve concave
Northwesterly, to which a radial line bears South 43"06'40" East; thence
Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 20"36'10" a
