The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below, is being subdivided as a
residential condominium project as defined in Section 1350 of the Civil Code of the State of
California containing a maximum of (2) two dwelling units and is in compliance with the Subdivision
Map Act (Section 66428). Said subdivision has complied with the findings required by Chapter 20.24.150 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code for Waiver of parcel map.
