Ch. 1593) of Section 11575 of the Business and Professions Code.

The Southeasterly 2 acres of the following described property, to wit:
All of Block 29 and all of Fractional Block "D"; ALSO the alley in said Block
29 and the alley in said Fractional Block "D"; ALSO that portion of Palm Avenue
lying Southwesterly of the Southwesterly line of Second Street and Northeasterly
of the Northeasterly line of First Street; and that portion of First Street
lying Southeasterly of Chestnut Avenue, Northeasterly of said Fractional Block
"D", Southeasterly of said Block 29 and Southwesterly of the aforesaid portion
of Palm Avenue, all as closed by Order of the Board of Supervisors of the County
of San Diego, on March 3, 1891; all in the Town of Carlsbad, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map No. 775,
filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, February 15, 1894;
Those portions of Lots 1 and 2 of Section 7, Township 12 South, Range 4 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, according to United States Government Survey approved
October 25, 1875, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of
said Lot 2, running thence East along the North line of said Lot 2, running
thence East along the North line of said Lot 2, 360.28 feet, more or less, to
the Southwesterly line of Second Street as said street is shown on the map of
the Town of Carlsbad, being Map No. 775, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, February 15, 1845; thence South 55°27' West to
and along the Northwesterly line of Tract 231 of Thum Lands, according to Map
thereof No. 1681, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
434.93 feet to the West line of said Lot 2; thence South along said West line
115.65 feet to the Northeasterly line of the 200 foot right of way of the
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway; thence Northwesterly along said North-
easterly right of way line to the North line of said Lot 1; thence East along
said North line to the point of beginning.

Commencing at the most Easterly corner of Lot 27 in Block 29 of the Townsite
of Carlsbad, according to Map thereof No. 535; thence along the Northeasterly
line of said Block 29 of the Town of Carlsbad, South 34°33fOO" East 126.51
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said Northeasterly
line and the Southeasterly prolongation thereof South 34°33'00" East 63.25 feet
to the Southeasterly corner of the land described in deed to William R.
Dindinger, et ux. recorded December 16, 1954 in Book 5464, page 151 of Official
Records; thence along the Southeasterly line of said land, South 55°31'52"

the land described in deed to D. R. Dinius, recorded December 9, 1959 as
Document No. 253561 of Official Records; thence along the Northeasterly line

30'15" West from the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along said line North
