been divided or has resulted from a division or combining of lots in compli-
ance with the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code pursuant thereto. .

Note: The description in Exhibit "A" attached has been provided by the owner
of the property and neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers

This Certificate of Compliance shall have no force and effect if the above
owners or any subsequent transferee or assignee acquires any continguous pro-
perty other than a lot or lots shown on a recorded subdivision map, parcel map
or record of survey map filed pursuant to and prior to the repeal (Stats. 1955,
Ch. 1593) of Section 11575 of the Business and Professions Code.
This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any
other County, State, or Federal agency that regulates development of real pro-
perty .

of Thum Lands, No. 1681, filed in the Recorder's Office of San Diego
County, December 9, 19151 running thence North 50°05'20" East along
the Northerly Boundary line of Basswood Avenue a distance of 367.22
feet, thence North 31°13'20" West a distance of 100.00 feet to the
TRUE POINT OP BEGINNING; thence North 31°13t20" a distance of 67.93
feet to a point on the Northwesterly line of land described in deed
to Thomas J. Lewis, et ux, recorded January 25, 1927 in Book 1270,
Page 483 of Deeds; thence South 50^05'20" West along said North-
westerly line of said Lev/is' land, 95.40 feet to a point on the
Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of land de-
