RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST TO THE
PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN,
Defendants
Judgment of Condemnation having been heretofore entered
in the above entitled action on February 28, 1966, in the
Office of the County Clerk of the County of San Diego, State of
California, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court
that the above named Plaintiff, pursuant to that Judgment, has
paid into Court the sum of Five Thousand One Hundred Eighteen
Dollars C$5,118.00) to be disbursed in accordance with the Order
for Disbursement on file herein as follows:
To ANTHONY PERAINO,One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Five
Dollars and Forty Cents ($1,535.40); and to GALEN D. NORNHOLD and
TRESSIE B. NORNHOLD the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty
Two Dollars and Sixty Cents ($3,582.60), in accordance with the
Judgment in Condemnation on file herein as just compensation for

the real property herein condemned; and said Defendants ANTHONY
PERAINO and GALEN D. NORNHOLD, and TRESSIE B. NORNHOLD, having
withdrawn from the Court the said money so deposited by Plaintiff,
pursuant to the Court's ORDER FOR DISTRIBUTION, and therefore
having received the payment to which they, and each of them,
are entitled:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the purpose of this condemnation action is the
acquisition by Plaintiff of easements for public .street and right
of way purposes over the following described real property located
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
described as follows:
PARCEL A
A. That portion of the West Half of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 6, Township 12 South, Range 4
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,. in the
County of San Diego, State of California, described
as follows;
Commencing at the intersection of the Easterly line
of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
6? with the South line of Knowles Street, 40,00
feet wide^ said South line being also the South lin
of a 20.00 foot easement, for County Road as
described in deed to the County of San Diego,
recorded April 28, 1931 in Book 1892, page 161
'of Official Records; thence along said Easterly
line South 0°12'22" East, 308.07 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said
Easterly line, South 0° 12f 22" East, 46.19 feet;
thence South 89° 47' 28" West, 29.01 feet, more
or less, to an intersection with the Southwesterly
line of land described in deed to 0. A. Schultz,
et uxj recorded in Book 4922, page 151, Official
Records of said County; thence along said South-
westerly line, North 23° 08' 50" West, 32.37
, feet; thence North 66° 52' 38" Eas'C, 20.00 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave
Southerly and having a radius of 546,24 feet; thenc
Northeasterly along said curve, through a central
angle of 2° 37' 02", an arc distance of 24.95
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING,

Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly line
of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said
Section 6 and the South line of Knowles Street,
40.00 feet wide, said South line also being the
South line of a 20.00 foot easement granted to the
County of San Diego by deed recorded in Book 1892,
page 161, Official Records of said County; thence
along said Easterly line, South 0° 12' 22" East,
354.20 feet to. the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said
point being the Southeast corner of land conveyed
to Anthony Peraino, et ux» by deed recorded in
Series 1, Book 1960, Page 158761, Official Records
of said County; thence along the Southerly line of
land so conveyed, South 89° 47' 28" West, 29.01
feet to the Southwest corner of said land; thence
South 23° 08* 50" East, 21.63 feet; thence North
66° 52' 38" East, 20.00 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve, concave Southerly and having a
radius of 492.24 feet; thence Northeasterly along
said curve, through a central angle of 0° 16' 22",
an arc distance of 2.35 feet to the Easterly line
of land conveyed to Galen D. Nornhold, et ux, by
deed recorded in Book 7591, page 271, Official
Records of said County; thence along the" Easterly
line of land so conveyed North 0° 12' 22" West
11.23 feet to the TRUE POINT OF" BEGINNING.
AND
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6
Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, described as
follows:
Commsncing at the Northeast corner of Tract 117,
Carlsbad Lands, according to Map thereof No. 1661,
filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
County; thence along the Northerly line of said
57' West, 858.85 feet; thence
West, 305.55 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing North 0° 55' West,
34.87 feet to the Southeast corner of land con-
veyed to Jane Hunt by deed recorded in Book 4570,
page 406, Official Records of said County; thence
along the Southerly line of land so conveyed, Soutl
89° 52' 38" West, 81.49 feet to a point on a curve
concave Southerly, having a radius of 546.24 feet,
a radial' line to said point bears North 18° 12'
40" West; thence Southwesterly along said curve,
through a central angle of 2° 17' 40", an arc
distance of 21.87 feet to the East line of land
conveyed to Anthony Peraino, et ux, by deed recorde

of land so conveyed and its Southerly prolongation,
South 0° 12' 22" East, 57.42 feet to a point on a
curve, concave Southerly, havi-ng a radius of 492,2^
feet, a radial line to said point bears North 22°
51' 00" West; thence Northeasterly along said
curve, through a central angle of 12" 28' 20",
an arc distance of 107.15 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
2. That there is hereby condemned to and taken for Plaintifi
use, for the above stated public uses, the above stated easements
and rights of way in the above described real property.
3. That possession of the above described real property
was taken by Plaintiff herein on September 9, 1965, pursuant to
California Code of Civil Procedure Section #1243,5.
4. That upon the recording of a certified copy of this
FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION in the office of the Recorder of the
County of San Diego, State of California, title to the above
described easements and rights of way in "the above described real
property shall vest in Plaintiff herein, its successors and
assigns, for the above stated public uses.
