That Plaintiff take, acquire and condemn the rights, title and interest in the interests in real property described and depicted in the Final Order of Condemnation, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A; 9 2. That the condemnation and taking thereof are for the public purposes set forth in the ,j Complaint on file herein, and are necessary for such public use; 12 3.
