This covenant for I1 easement may be released only according to the procedures established by law if it is determined by the City that thc covenant is no longer needed to achieve the land use goals of thc City. This covenant for easement is required by a condition 01 approval for a Minor Subdvision Number 800 issued by the City 01 Carlsbad for development located on real property described ir Exhibits IrAl1 and llB*l. The property burdened by this covenant for easement is described as follows: See Exhibit I*A1* attached hereto and made a part hereof. Exhibit llC1* is provided for clarity only.
