An easement for egress, ingress, maintenance, landscaping and utility
purposes over, under, across and through those portions of Lots 2 and
3, Section 1, Township 12 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, according to official plat thereof in the City of Cartsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of Lot 3 per
Map No. 1 'I 007, as filed in the Office of The County Recorder of San
Diego County, State of California, said point being at the intersection
of a line and curve, a radial line through said point bears N47%3'20"E;
thence N89024'02"W, 44.22 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence N4263OfO0"W, 99.13 feet to the start of a 43 foot southerly
