BURDENED PROPERTY
An easement for egress, ingress, maintenance, landscaping and utility
purposes over, under, across and through those portions of Lots 2 and
3, Section I 7 Township 12 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, according to official plat thereof in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of Lot 3 per
Map No. 11007, as filed in the Office of The County Recorder of San
Diego County, State of California, said point being at the intersection
of a line and curve, a radial line through said point bears N47%3'20"E;
thence N89*24'02"W, 79.83 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence N4~0'00''WI 41.09 feet; thence N89*24'021'W, 76.44 feet to
its intersection with a 43.00 foot curve, a radial line through said point
bears N73%0'08'E; thence southeasterly along said curve through a
