lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for
any and all purposes and also underground conduits and cables for telephone, signal, and communication purposes, together
with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances at such locations and elevations, upon, along, over and under the herein-
after described right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time, together
with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes in,
upon, over and across the hereinafter described lands, together with the right to clear and keep clear-said right of way
from explosives, buildings and structures.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of ............... ?.¥.. ........... ,
State of California, and are particularly described as follows, to wit:
That portion of the East 10 Acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 8, Township 12 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to
United States Government Survey approved December 14, 1885, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter; said Southeast corner is shown on Licensed Surveyor's Map No. 496,
filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County; thence South
88°30' West along the Southerly line thereof 323.39 feet more or less to the
West line of said East 10 Acres; thence North 1°08'30" West along said West
line 688.50 feet to a point in the Southerly line of the land described in
deed to Alfred W. Dorchester and Alice R. Dorchester, recorded September 18,
1926 in Book 1266, page 234 of Deeds, records of said County; thence North
88°30f East along said Southerly line 323.39 feet to the Easterly line of
said Section 8; thence South 01°08*30" East along said Easterly line to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 161.70 feet of the Southerly 570 feet thereof,

Said
easement of right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as follows;
PARCEL 1:
The Northerly 15 feet of the Easterly 306.09 feet of the aforesaid lands.
PARCEL 2:
A 20 foot wide strip of land the centerline is described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 8; thence South 1°08'30" East
along the easterly line thereof 663.42 feet; thence South 88°30t30" West 306.09
feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 33°48*50H West 53 feet more
or less to the Westerly line of the East 10 Acres of the Northeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of said Section 8.
Grantor and ..a.(.& successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any
building or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect, maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross
said route or routes, and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be
necessary for the convenient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted, the right to transfer and assign this easement
in whole or in part being hereby granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on, under or over said strip of land by Grantor,
without the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and../6^J. successors or assigns, shall not
incrase or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased,the existing ground elevations of the above described right
of way, existing at the time this document is executed, without the previous written eohBeht of the Grantee.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, this District has sought and obtained grant deeds and pipe
line easements granting to the District the right to construct pipe lines
and water distribution facilities in» over and across real property, and
it is anticipated that in the course of the construction of water distri-
bution facilities it will be necessary for this District to obtain '
additional easements from time to tine, and it is deemed advisable to
authorise the Secretary to accept said esseaents and deeds for and on behalf
of the District* and to cause said easements to be recorded with the proper
authorities*
NOW, THEREFORE* the Secretary of this District be and he is hereby
authorized from time to time to consent to the acceptance of any easement
granted to this District* for and on behalf of the District* and to cause
said easements or deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County*
The undersigned hereby certifies and states that he is the duly
elected* qualified and aoting Secretary of the Board of Directors of and
