of said section; thence Southerly along said center line
330 feet; thence Easterly at right angles to said eenter
line 30 feet; thence Northerly parallel to said eemter
line 330 feet; thence Westerly along the Northerly
boundary of said Section 27, 30 feet to point of
beginning.
to be used by the Grantee, together with others and the public
in general, for such roadway purposes and rights- of -way for in-
stallation of public utilities and pipelines, with full power
vested in the Grantee to grant or dedicate such easement or
right-of-way to any public body as a public street and the right
to grant to others the right to lay pipelines or install utilities
of the usual kind over said property.
