THIS INDENTURE, made this 20th day of June, 1930, by -and between Oceanside
Mutual Water Company, e corporation, First Party, and Citizens National Trust and Savings
Bank, of Loa Angelesr a corporation, Second Partyr
WITNESSETB:
THAT, In consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, and other good
and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, First Party doe8
hereby grant to the Second Party that certain real property within the County of San
Diego, bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
All that portion of Lot "D" Rancho Agua Hedionda as per Map thereof No. 823
Recorda of San Diego County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the h'orth Quarter corner of Frectional Sec. 35 Twp. 11 South,
Range 4 West, 5. E. B. & M; thence South 0'14' West 2125.80 feet along the Nort .- and
South center line of said Sea. 35 produced within the Grant to the Southeast corner of thet
parcel of land oonveyed by Chester Gun and Elizabeth Gunn to George L. Gunn and Chester Ih
Gunn by Deed Recorded Nov. 6, 1920 page 314, Book 829 Of Deeds, Records of San Diego
County, California; thence South 74'39' West 819.33 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence South 18'27' East 267.00 feet; thence South 54O42'40" West 308.62 feet; thence
North 20'12' West 263.96 feet; thence North 54'35' East 317.15 feet to the true point Of
beginning, excepting therefrom that portion of the above described parcel lying between
the Westerly boundary thereof, and a line drawn parallel with 2nd one hundred (100) feet
meaeured at right angles, Easterly from said Westerly boundary.
The property herein described is conveyed subject to taxes constituting a
lien not yet payable, and subject to the following conditions, restrict ions, and limita-
tions, to-nit:
