The Grantor, does hereby grant to the City of Carlsbad, the Grantee, a r
of way easement described as follows:

It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the easement
described is granted as a perpetual easement for the purpose of erectinc
structing, reconstructing, replacing, repairing, maintaining, and operat
sewerage system, excavation, and/or embankment facilities and appurtenar
thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from said
of way by practical route or route.s, together with the right to clear an

Temporary Road Parcel
All those portions of Lot 32 and Lot 33, Hosp Eucalyptus
Forest Company's Tract Number One, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map
No. 1136, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County June 8, 1908, that are within a 20.00 foot wide
strip of land lying 10,OO feet on each side of and adjacent
to the foi,lowing described centerline:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of that certain parcel
of land described in a deed to the Vista Sanitation District
and the City of Carlsbad recorded on October 9, 1964, under
Recorder's File No. 184919 of the Official Records of San
Diego County, State of California, said Southwest corner
being also a point on the Southeasterly'right of way line
of County of Sin Diego Road Survey No. 843;
Thence from said Point of Beginning South 89O41'21" East
(Record North 89O14' East) along the Southerly boundary line
of the aforementioned parcel of land, a distance of 35.46
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence South 22"28'00" West i92.33 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve' concave Northwesterly, and having a
radius of 300 feet;
Thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through
a central angle of 55O15'56", a distance of 289.37 feet.
To a point on the southeasterly line of Road Survey No. 843
a radial line to said point bears South 12°16'04" East.
Said 20 foot wide strip of land is to be extended and
shortened so as to begin on the Northerly boundary of
Grantor's property and terminate on the Southeasterly line
of R, S. 843, (As shown for convenience sake on Attachment
"A", attached hereto and made a part hereof,)
And Grantor does also grant to Grantee the right to
extend and maintain drainage structures and excavation
or embankment slopes beyond the limits of said right of
