3rd, Said first parties reIserve the right to cross and
re-cram the said waterline with water ditches, pipes or
pipelines for the purpose of carrying water, or for draining

suchnater or draine pipelines or ditches which may be con-
structed by said parties of the first part shall not interfere
in any way with the viaduct, conduit, pipeline or trestlework
of said party of the second past.
