. For valuable consi ion, receipt whereof is hereb knowledged, ARMY AND N,
ACADEMY, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, the Grantor, does hereby grant to the City of
Carlsbad, the Grantee, a right of way easement 20 feet in width in, upon, over and
across the following described lands, to wit: c 6 0,
