Being a strip of land 15.00 feet in width over a portion of Lot 2 of Carlsbad Tract No. 83-3 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California as shown on Parcel Map No. 12907 on
file in theoffice oftheRecorder of saidcounty; the centerline of said 15.00 foot strip is more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence along the Southerly line of said Lot 2, North 74°11'16" West 118.20 feet to
a point on the arc of a nontangent 4,500.00 foot radius curve concave Westerly, a radial line to said point bears South 75O50'34" East, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described centerline; thence leaving said Southerly line, Northerly along said curve through a central angle of
0°54'01" an arc distance of 70.71 feet to a point of terminus on
the Northerly line of said Lot 2.
The sidelines of said 15.00 foot strip to be lengthened or shortened so as to intersect the Southerly line of said Lot 2 at
