TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 8,1983 hereby GMNTS to TH.E CITY OF CARLSBAD, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, an easement and right-of-way for earth embankment slopes, together with the right to construct and. maintain such slopes and embankments and facilities incidental thereto, over, under,along and across the herenafter dcscribed property, together with the right to convey said easement, or any portion of said easement, to other public agencies.
