of Carlsbad, the Grantee, a right of way easement twenty feet (20' ) in width,
in, upon, over, and across the foIlowing described lands, to wit: , i d ,;.. [,<,- ; Lot 16, Block "G", Bellavista, Map No. 2152, filed in the office .I
of the Recorder of said County of San Diego, State of California,
March 7th, 1929.

The center line of said right of way easement in the aforesaid iand is particularly described as
foIlows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot 16, Block "G" of
Bellavista according to Map thereof No. 2152; thence South
26" 12' 00" West on the Northwesterly line of said Lot, 78. 39
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 22" 58' 00" East, 50.00 feet to the terminus of said center line of said easement.

It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the easement herein described is granted as a pel
casement for the purpose of erecting, constructing, reconstructing. replacing, repairing. maintaining, and operating
system, sewerage, drainage. power line, excavation, and/or embankment facilities and appurtenances thereto, togethe
the right of ingress and egress to and from said right of' way by practical route or routes in, upon, over, and acrc
aforesaid Iands, together with the right to clear and keep dear said right of way from buiIdings, structures, tree
brush, and any sirniIar surface or sulsurface encroachment which may interfere with reasonable and proper use (
right of way easement. The Grantor and success~cs in estate of the aforesaid lands hereby agree to neither permit nc
or construct any building or structure, pIant any tree, or otherwise create or permit any encroachment which may ir
with reasonable and proper use of the said right .of way easement by the Grantee.
