Being a portion of Lot 1 of Map 10986 in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, recorded on July 3,
1984, of Official Records, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the most Westerly extension of the
Southerly line of Lot 1, being also on the Southerly right-of-
way of Almaden Lane at the Subdivision Boundary; thence along
the Southerly line of Lot 1 South 80-15-14 East, 36.36 feet to
a point on a non-tangent 5.00 foot radius curve, the center of
which is South 57-20-26 East; thence Northeasterly through a
central angle of 52-59-46 for a distance of 4.62 feet to a poi of reverse curvature with a 30.00 foot radius curve, the cente
of which is North 04-20-41 West; thence through a central angl of 211-42-46 for a distance of 110.85 feet to a point of rever
