2, as per Map NO. 6165, filed August 8, 1968 , in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County; thence North 50' 43' 54" We2
along the Westerly boundary line of said Laguna Riviera Tract Unit Nc
2, 23.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; a radial line through
said point bears North 50° 43' 54" West; thence Southwesterly along
the arc of a circular curve concave Southeasterly and having a radiu:
of 1,295.00 feet, through a central angle of 5O 31' 47", a distance
of 124.98 feet to a point of tangency; thence South 33O 44' 19" West
220.00 feet more or less to an intersection with an existing City of
Carlsbad, a municipal corporation, pipe line easement as described ir

It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the easement herein described is granted as a perpel
easement for the purpose of erecting, constructing, reconstructing, replacing, repairing, maintaining, and operating w8
system, i ~~w~,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ together v
the right of ingress and egress to and from said right of way by practical route or routes in, upon, over, -and across
aforesaid lands, together with the right to dear and keep clear said right of way from buildings, structures, trees
brush, and any simiIar surface or subsurface encroachment which may interfere with reasonable and proper use of
right of way easement. The Grantor and successors in estate of the aforesaid lands hereby agree to neither permit nor e
or construct any building or structure, plant any tree, or otherwise create or permit any encroachment which may inter
with reasonable and proper use of the said right of way easement by the Grantee.
