in consideration of One Dollar ($1. OO), receipt of which is hereby acknor
ledged, hereby grants and dedicates to the CITY OF CARLSBAD, Califor
a Municipal corporation of the State o.f California, an EASEMENT. in
perpetuity in, to and over all of the property herein described for public
park and recreational purposes with the right to construct, reconstruct,
repair, complete and maintain upon the said property, structures and
improvements reasonably related to such public park and recreational
purposes,

Grantor expressly reserves the right to grant an ease-
