A strip of land 15.00 feet in width lying within Tract 3 of Lagun
Mesa Tracts, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
California, according to Map thereof No. 1719, filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County June 20, 1921, the

center line of said strip being described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Westerly line of the 60.00
foot County Road Survey No. 843 (knowr, as Jefferson Street) as
described in deed to the County of San Diego, recorded February 8,
1941 in Book 1144, Page 30 of Official Records, with the South-
easterly prolongation of that course in the center line of County
Road Survey No. 135 (known as Carlsbad Lane) which is opposite tha
course in the Southwesterly line of said! Carlsbad Lane between
Points 42 and 43 delineated as "South 52°59'00" East" on said Map
No. 1719; thence along said prolongation of said course and the
Northwesterly prolongation thereof North 52°29'00tt West, 272.15
feet to a point herein designated as Point "A"' thence Southerly
in a straight line to a point which is South 65O18'47" West, 158.43
deed to Tor Petterson, recorded March 19, 1959 in Book 7556, Page
200 of Official Records, being a point herein designated as Point "'B", thence North 65O18'47'' East, 68.43 feet to the Northwesterly
corner of said Parcel 2 of Petterson's land; thence along the
Northwesterly line of said land North 65Ol8'47" East, 192.57 feet
to an angle point therein, being a point on the arc of a 970.00
foot radius curve in the Westerly line of said Road Survey No. 843,
the center of said curve bears South 82O27'34" West froy said point
thence along said Westerly line Northerly along the arc hf said
cwve through a central angle of 04°10'17" a distance of PQ.62 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described center line;
thence leaving said Westerly line South 71°29'10" West, 255jOO feet
more or less, to the straight line which c0nnect.s said Point "A"
with said Point "B". Said strip to be prolonged or shortened so
as to terminate Easterly in the Westerly line of said Road Survey
said Point "A" with said Point "B",
