follows !
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly line of Carlsbad Boulevard
(formerly California State Highway Xl-SD-2B, U.S. 101) with the Northwesterly
line of Elm Avenue, as shown on said Map No. 1661, being also the most Easterly
corner of said Tract 95; thence along the Southwesterly line of said Carlsbad
Boulevard North 34'29'40'' West, 25.00 feet to a point lying on the beginning of
a 25.00 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly the center of which bears North
55"30'20" East; thence along the arc of said curve Southwesterly through a central
angle of 89'59'40" , for a distance of 39.27 feet to a point lying on the
Northwesterly line of said Elm Avenue; thence along the Northwesterly line of

CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant dated February 10, 1987
from Frank Efrain Maldonado and Patricia1 Arlene Maldonado
to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation,
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California pursuant to resolution No. 9009 , adopted
on April 7, 1987 , and the grantee consents to the
