thereof No. 1722 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Dieyo County July 28, 1921, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 47 that
is North 34°33'00" west, 120.50 feet of the most Easterly corner
of said Lot 47; thence South 55'27'00" West, 200.00 feet to the
Point of Eeqinning for this description; thence continuing South
