WHEREASt the Corporation from time to time purchases and sells various parcels of real property; and
IHEREAS, the Corporation relies upon
the judgment, counsel and expertise
of its President, Gary Naiman, and
MEREAS, in order to facilitate corporate business, it is necessary that the aforesaid

exercise the widest discretion possible in the purchase and sale of re,al property,
