The Described Real Property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, Granted to the City of Carlsbad, a Municipal Corporation, in said document was described as an " EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES, over, under, upon, and across the real property together with the right to construct, grade, inspect, operate, maintain, repair, replace and remove drainage facilities and features within the bounds of said easement as described in Exhibit "A". The Said Described Real Property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, Granted to the City of Carlsbad, a Municipal Corporation, in said document should be corrected to and shall be described as an "EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES, over, under, upon, and across the real property as described in Exhibit "A".
