SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the owner of that certain property hereinafter described ha:

AND WHEREAS, IMPERIAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a California Corporation,
is hereinafter known as the BENEFICIARY: and IMPERIAL CORPORATION OF AMERICA, a corporation,
is hereinafter known as the TRUSTEE as of the date of this instrumen
under that certain deed of trust executed by JOSEPH H. ONDER and KATHLEEN ONDER, husband and wlfe, as jolnt tenants,
to secure their note for ($ 69,000.00 1
with interest dated April 5, 1978, and recorded A-Pril 13, 15
in Official Records of the Sari Diego Recorder, covering t
property hereinabove described as Instrument No. 78-145706
AND WHEREAS, the BENEFICIARY affirms that it is the owner and holder of the hereinabove described trust deed note and it has
not assigned its interest in same, and does hereby direct and authorize said TRUSTEE to join with it in the execution of this instrument.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue t
the above described land by acceptance of said easement by said Citl of Carlsbad, , the undersigned expressly subordinates a1
right, title, and interest in and to that portion of said premises
herein described, covered by said deed of trust, to the interest of
said City of Carlsbad in said easement with t
intent that said easement shall be prior and superior to the lien of
