GRANT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
PALOMAR PROPERTY ASSOCIATES, a limited partnership
as Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration paid by COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a municipal water district organized and existing under the Xunicipal Water District Act of 1911, as
amended, as Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to said COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, its
over, under, and across the lands hereinafter described, to successors and assigns, an easement of right-of-way in, upon,
erect, construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain, their necessary fixtures and appurtenances, including but not limited
purposes, at such locations and elevations, upon, along, over and to, conduits and cables for power transmission and communication
or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time, under the hereinafter described right-of-way as Grantee may now
together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said right-of-way by a practical route or routes,

in, upon, over and across the hereinafter described lands,
together with the right to clear and keep clear said right-of-way from explosives, buildings and structures.
The easement of right-of-way is described as follows:

PALOMAR PROPERTY ASSOCIATES, a California limited partnership, and

Property Associates, and that Palomar Property Associates executed
the same.

Water District organized and existing under the Municipal Water
District Act of 1911, as amended, is hereby accepted by order of
the Board of Directors of the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
On November 20 I 19 - 85, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

All that portion of Lot 3 as shown on Map No. 10062, being in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed
described as follows:
in the office of said County Recorder on April 15, 1981, being
side and parallel with the following described centerline, said A strip of land being 15.00 feet in width lying 7.50 feet on each
strip to be lengthened or shortened at angle point and to
terminate at the northeast cul-de-sac right-of-way line of Corte del Abeto.
BEGINNING at the centerline intersection of Corte del Abeto and
Corte del Nogal as shown on said Map No. 10062; thence along the centerline of Corte del Abeto North 47'59'52'' West, 370.00 feet
to a point herein referred to as Point' "A"; thence North
42.00'08'' East, 53.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING NO ONE
said point being on the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Corte
del Nogal.
THENCE along said centerline north 2O59'52" West, 28.28 feet to a
point herein referred to as Point "B"; thence, parallel to and 25.00 feet North of the Southeast line of said Lot 3, North
42°00'08" East, 357.63 feet to a POINT OF TERMINATION.
ALSO, two strips of land being 10.00 feet in width lying 5.00
feet on each side and parallel with the following described centerline.
BEGINNING at Point "A" as rdferred to herein above; thence North
