(714) 558-3211 A subsidiary of The First American Financial Corporation k 0. t ' 14650- t EXHIBIT "A" EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINES AND APPURTENANCES An easement for sewer lines and appurtenances, ingress and egress, and incidental purposes in, over, under ,along and across a portion of Lot 9 of Carlsbad Tract No. 76-18, (Plaza Real Shopping Center) in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 8956, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, August 11, 1978 as File No. 78-342265, said easement being a strip of land 20.00 feet in width, lying 10.00 feet on each side of a center line described as follows: Parcel 1 Beginning at a point in the East line of said Lot 9, which bears South 3'45' 58" East (Record South 3'45'47" East) 58.35 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 10 of said Map No. 8956; thence North 74'56'22" West 564.73 feet to a point designated herein as Point "A"; thence North 12°22'51" West 122.67 feet, more or less, to a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 9, said point being in the arc of a 95.00 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly, a radial line to said point bears South 33°34'3611 West.
